PAIS Lab seminar: prof. Jose Carmona Vargas

In July Jose Carmona (professor of the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya) visited our laboratory. He presented two talks.

1.   Contributions to process conformance : here will be presented some of the research carried out in the group of prof. Carmona related to conformance (fitness and precision) which has been done in collaboration with the Eindhoven University.

2.  Recommending Process Discovery Algorithms : a recommender system for process discovery that applies advanced machine learning techniques is presented in this talk, together with the corresponding plugin in ProM.

Different aspects of process mining and model verification were discussed. Potential topics for collaboration were discussed during meeting of prof. Carmona with Lab members.
